Severe pain all the time on the right side of my head, with earache and headache. what might cause it?

Migraine or vascular: If your hearing is normal, i doubt the ear is the source of the pain. There are many structures at the side of the face. These include the jaw joint, muscles that close the jaw, the teeth and gums. Inflammation of these structures can refer pain to the side of the head.
