Scientific Rx: If topical benzoyl peroxide has not cleared you in two weeks, get with your physician. All "home" / "pop" / "natural" remedies are adjuncts only. Depending on severity, it may be possible to clear you with a bit of topical clindamycin, or you may require Isotretinoin which isn't for the faint-hearted but works well. Best wishes.
