Go see your doctor: It's time to go see your doctor and tell him/her what & how you feel. You'll need to explain in more detail as to what is "all over now" and how you "can't find [your] way back". You could very well be suffering from depression. Counseling & medication are often better together than separate. Regardless, you should not feel hopeless. There are many people available to help you. Just ask!

Life is all over?: I am not sure if you are speaking metaphorically or literally. I think you might be describing depression. If that is the case, it can be treated. If you are referring to suicidal thoughts - please get help as soon as possible.
