Ritalin (methylphenidate): I have never heard of Ritalin (methylphenidate) causing height loss. In fact i don't know of any medication reducing your height. Age might be involved in reducing your height by causing collapse of the spine, and other orthopedic changes with aging. In my opinion, you can take Ritalin (methylphenidate) under supervision of your prescriber without being afraid of serious health problems.
