Not easy: Exercise can help in a generalized way to lose weight and correspondingly reduce the love handles. But this will also reduce your butt protrusion which seems to be a goal. There is no specific exercise which will reduce love handles only. You can tone your butt with gluteus exercises which might give them a little allure.
