Many possibilities: Musculoskeletal complaints are not specific to a particular disease, and can be features of many problems. The best way to find out is to be evaluated by your doctor with x-rays of the affected areas and a few blood tests depending on the nature of the pain and how the joints appear on examination. Further testing and treatment could be done depending on those initial results.
