A member asked:

Can boiling dry yeast destroy its estrogenic effects?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

You don't have: To worry about the estrogenic effects to begin with. After boiling it, there is almost nothing of benefit left in it. There are much better sources of good quality protein in a healthy diet, such as vegetables, meats, fowl, fish, etc. That taste a lot better than boiled yeast. Plus if you heat the yeast for too long a period of time, you'll denature the proteins.
