Yeast infecting while on cycle so could not keep area dry. still having mild symptoms after monostat 3. should i do another treatment of monostat 1 since i finished my cycle and dont have to wear a pad now?

There may be other causes for your symptoms than a "yeast infection". See your GYN physician for an exam and perhaps a different remedy for yeast if found.

An empire treatment with diflucan 150 mg x 1 time is recommended. If still with symptoms than pcp or gyn is reasonable.

Please see your Gynecologist for a thorough examination and recommendations. If you are not confident in your Doctor please see another for a second opinion. It is best to take Monistat 7 for the full 7 days instead of the shorter versions.
