Am i right that it's no issue to take a really hot shower if i have a fever?

If it feels good: It is certainly not dangerous to take a hot shower if you have a fever. It won't do anything to make your temp go up or down, but if the hot water makes your aches and pains feel better, then by all means do what feels good - it is not dangerous.
