Fever: A fever usually indicates that there is an infection . Please discuss a screening test for COVID-19 with your PCP, particularly if there are flu like symptoms. Watch for worsening, cough and shortness of breath. Please stay home, rest, drink fluids and avoid direct sunlight.

Shower/Rash/Fever: If you have any skin rash that is worse with heat - avoid the heat. Take a warm shower or even a luke-warm shower if this is an issue. Also know that soap strips your skin of moisture - so you might need to use a very gentle product that contains a moisturizer. However, after a hot shower, temp should not remain elevated.
