Antibodies in blood: Made by your immune system against kidneys and lungs. If not treated is serious. Kidney failure and lung failure could occur. Treatment is with steroids and other immunosuppression meds. Plasma exchange may be needed to lose antibodies. Early on no need for dialysis which is needed if kidney weakness becomes severe. Cause is unknown.
