I know many trans f2ms take testosterone, and it alters their bodies (hair growth and such) but is there a female version (ie progesterone)?

Testosterone: Testosterone enhances libido, muscle growth, strength, hair growth etc. It is predominantly a male hormone but is present and needed in women also. There is no female version of testosterone.
