Who knows: I's impossible to predict with any degree of certainty how quickly you'll lose body fat. Too many variables. But, i can tell you that 1 and 1/2 to 2 pounds of weight loss per week is not unusual if you are doing the right things. Most of that weight loss, not all, should come from body fat.
