Please tell me, could low body fat make you weaker?

Not directly: Typically low body fat is associated w/athletes & body builders, who aren't usually known for being weak. However, in an attempt to make a weight class or compete, purposeful loss of body water eg diuresis, can make you feel weak, especially if done to excess. If you're still worried about you feel weak, go see your Family Doc for evaluation.
