See a doctor ASAP: This sounds like a very severe illness and if accmpanied by diarrhea is likely to be an enteric fever which can conceivably be contracted from food. You need to be seen, examined and tested. Go now, do not pass go or collect $$, go to your doctor or to er and be seen.
