What you eat is as: Important as how much you eat. Eating too little reduces health and mental fitness. Eat a balanced healthy diet with the necessary nutrients. Certain foods seem to improve brain power including blueberries, wild salmon, avocados, nuts, seeds, beans, whole grains, dark chocolate, pomegranate juice and freshly brewed tea. Exercise is the best way to improve brain and body fitness. Get restful sleep.
