Position?: If what you're stating is that you feel dizzy when you bend over to pull the tampon out, putting your head down around your waist and looking upside down, this would be normal. There are nerves near the cervix which can cause a drop in blood pressure and dizziness too, so both could be the cause. If persists, see family doc, internist or neurologist.
