Nose is slightly bleeding, not enough to where it pouring out just when i blow my nose or put tissue in it. should i be worried?

Nose Bleed: Your nose is probably a little dry. A little bleeding is not uncommon and of little concern. You might be able to improve this, though. Try some saline in the nose a few times a day and apply a little vaseline one or twice a day. It won't get better over night, but it should improve over a week or two. If this doesn't work, you should probably see your doctor.
