Can you blow your brain out through your nose or is that a myth?

Highly improbable: It is possible to have brain (encephalocele) or the intracranial membranes (meningocele) or a combination of the two prolapse from the cranial cavity into the nose and sinuses. Most of these are after sinus surgery or trauma, not from nose blowing. If there is a defect between the nose and cranial cavity nose blowing can force air into the cranium (pneumocephalus).Worry if water drips from one nostr.
