Moisture: Saline rinses help to cleanse but only moisturize for 15-30 minutes. Sesame or olive oil drops are good moisturizers since nose bleeds usually from dryness. If Aspirin consider stopping it if ok by md. If this doesn't help see ENT as there may be other causes such as septal perforation, vasculitis, meds, etc.
