Dr. David Kam answered

Many treatments: Stuffy nose from allergy or cold can be treated with steroid or antihistamine nasal sprays, decongestant/ antihistamine pills. Surgical treatment for severe deviation of septum, nasal polypectomy, ablation of hypertrophic turbinates if medical treatment fails. See an ENT doctor if your nasal congestion fails to respond to medical treatment.
