No: Meckel's diverticulum is a physical pouch, so medicine doesn't help it. But they can be associated with bleeding. And if patients have mild bleeding, we may use iron to help build back up their hemoglobin stores. Iron can be found in over the counter pills or many foods; beans would be a good non-meat source.
