Naturally or artific: Artificial ways to induce periods include: Provera (medroxyprogesterone) or cyclical progestin hormone; or birth control pills; natural ways would require understanding of why they aren't coming: for some people who are overweight, losing weight can help to restore normal periods. Also, a medication called metformin can help restore cycling in some patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome.

Progesterone: Your doctor can assist with this by giving you a prescription for Provera (medroxyprogesterone) or progesterone. After 5 days of taking this hormone, you should provoke a period. I'm not aware of anything over the counter or 'natural' that can provoke a period.
