If should be head to toe, checking lungs, heart abdomen, head, eyes, ears, mouth, throat, neck, extremities, balance, spine, nerve function.Vision and hearing screening are encouraged. Tests may be ordered depending on history and exam findings - for instance, if family kidney problems, may want a urine.
