Skin pulling: There are ligaments from the breast skin to the chest wall and if there is a disruption of the breast tissue like scars or cysts the ligaments may pull on the skin of the breast. If this happens more than usual, you should have your breasts examined to make sure there is not a mass in the breast causing the dimpling. Please see your doctor about this.
