There arent: When you lose weight you do not have control over what parts of your body lose over others. A healthy and diet exercise program will cause weight loss throughout your body. If your breasts shrink too much, talk to a plastic surgeon about your options for breast enhancement.
Dr. Donald Kress
Plastic Surgery 45 years experience
Don't loose weight: The workout is not the culprit, loss of body fat is. All exercises are the same if you replace fat with muscle (desirable) you will loose breast mass.

How can I work out without changing breast size?

Variable: Most women will not have a major change in their breast size from working out. The typical exception is when a woman loses a lot of weight. Since the breast is largely made up of fatty tissue, it follows that a large weight loss will decrease breast size. This typically occurs in women with very large breasts related to obesity. Women with smaller breasts will not often have major changes.
