I don't understand: Your question. What hormones are you referring to that you expect to work in the future and enlarge your breasts? If you mean that you're pregnant, breast tenderness (if it occurs) usually begins at 4-6. Discomfort level varies significantly from one woman to the next, otherwise, you'll need to restate your question.
