Possibly: Not all tibia/fibula breaks will have that appearance. If you have a localized hematoma, or an area of bone loss, or an area of residual bony angulation, there may be an associated indentation. Your doctor should be able to give you a more precise answer, based on your x-rays and clinical findings.
