Exercise with injury: Many people aren't able to do weight-bearing exercise. But that doesn't mean you can't do any exercise at all! you can always do non-weight bearing exercise like swimming or riding a stationary/reclined bike. If your injury prevents you from even this type of activity, think about what you can do until you heal: stretching, yoga, deep breathing, walking on crutches.
