Get more Info: You need more info. The type of tumor (presumably you had surgery/biopsy) is important. This sounds like some type of glioma. Usually in a young person, there are variants that may change the prognosis. There are also a whole host of new genetic markers (ie. Idh1, mgmt) that may give information about the relative sensitivity to the different treatments. You need to look for clinial trials.

Second opinion: I don't recognize "scorer" as a medical term. Those of us who deal daily with brain tumor patients know that making predictions about individual's survival after a diagnosis is imprecise. Different people respond to treatment differently, and one can't begin to guess about survival until the tumor has been at least partially removed and examined by a pathologist (such as i am). Seek another doc.
