Depends: The signs and symptoms of a brain tumor depend on the location, size, and type of tumor. Some of the general signs and symptoms include: weakness, seizures, blurred or double vision, headaches, nausea, vomiting, numbness or tingling, trouble with gait, trouble with coordination, hearing problems.

Many: Brain tumors can have many different presentations. Some cause headaches, some cause seizures, some cause balance difficulties, some cause focal neurological problems such as weakness on one side of the body or difficulty with language. These tumors aren't too common but they are not terribly rare, so at age 46 you might have one. See your doctor if you have symptoms which worry you.
