Hyperventilation: The most common symptoms of brain tumors that people first go to the doctor with are headaches and fits (seizures). But do remember that brain tumors are rare and there are much more common reasons for both these symptoms. The growing tumor increases the pressure inside the skull. This is called raised intracranial pressure. The increase in pressure causes nausea, vomiting and drowsiness.
