Sinus rinse: Most people aren't used to having water flushed up their nose. Remember how you felt when you snorted water while in the pool. Assuming that your symptoms have resolved, that's the most likely cause (or possible allergic reaction to any number of chemicals in product). Of course, if symptoms persist, then we have to determine underlying coincidental cause and that means you have to go see your doc.
