A member asked:

Could a brain tumour result from doing the faint challenge?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No but don't: Brain tumors are caused by largely unknown mechanisms that damage the dna of the cells which become the tumor. If i understand 'faint challenge' properly it doesn't affect cellular dna, but it can kill brain cells leading to neurological damage, or even death. Don't engage in a risky behavior such as causing fainting from lack of oxygen!
