Not possible: Normally, memory doesn't work that way. I suppose that a hypnotherapist might be able to target a specific thing sand make a drone-type attack - just hitting the bad guy. But there could be collateral damage too. Anyway, a good psychotherapist - with or without hypnosis could help you stop reacting to an old issue and move on with your life. Good luck!
