Big picture: The key is diet -- eat enough protein to sustain and build muscle while you eat little enough of the rest to keep you hungry much of the day, which is fine. Aerobic exercise will reset your brain and help you make the right food decisions. You'll need some resistance training to increase the mass of the muscles you'll uncover. I suggest heavy-weight cable pulls for the abs.
