Depends: As long as u include fruits, veggies & fiber it should help. Also u must remain well hydrated. The lower bowel or colon reabsorbs fluid from the toll & if ur body says hey i need water, the colon is going 2 respond by extracting more water & make u more constipated. Well hydrated can b seen in ur urine. If it is dark u need water, hydrate until almost clear. Dietitian consult would b a good idea.
