No: Glaucoma is a disease relating to pressure in the eye and can effect the peripheral vision and eventually central vision if left untreated. Strabismus involves abnormalities in the function of the eye muscles that can result in problems such as diplopia (double vision).

It could: Commonly, if the vision is lost / diminished due to advanced glaucoma, you can get a sensory exotropia or eye deviation (strabismus).
