Can using the computer too much cause strabismus?

No: Strabismus is a condition in which the eyes are not properly aligned. It can be caused by weakness in a muscle which controls the eye or from a faulty signal from the brain. It is not caused from looking at something too long. Please see your eye doctor if you have or think you have strabismus.
