Has a person ever been born with an extra limb that actually worked?

Unsure: Having an extra limb is "polymelia" and is extremely rare. Multiple cases are reported in medical literature, but the only ones i found show that the additional limb is not fully functional. I am unable to locate a report of a fully functional limb, but that does not mean it has not occurred. Any other physician's input here would be most appreciated. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/polymelia.
