Cluster b: All disorders within cluster b have social and interpersonal relationship conflicts as a part of the disorder. To say that one is less or more attention-seeking is not really a symptom, but more an individual difference. In my experience i've seen bpd patients who have been attention seeking (desperately so) and attention avoidant.
