Yes: For most young people who feel tired, tiredness is a state of mind rather than a physical disorder. As long as you have had a complete examination, and have no obvious physical cause for tiredness, you should push yourself to exercise. Exercise tends to build energy as your muscles are in better shape, your mind tends to relax, and you generally feel more healthy.
