Menopause?: You're in about the right age group for menopause, maybe just a bit early (average being 50yo). Stress & thyroid disease can also throw off menstrual cycle. If you don't practice protected sex, it's a good idea to take a home pregnancy test (not sure if they're sold w/o prescription in thailand). Women in 40s often have an 'oops" baby after thinking that they're too old to get pregnant . .

What would cause one to miss their period for 2 consecutive months. I took a pregnancy test 1st month I missed my period and it was negative.
