5 weeks: You could have conceived as soon as you removed iud. Even so, you would only be about 5 weeks along, meaning that you've been pregnant for about 3 weeks. As you know, pregnancies are dated from last menstrual period, not ovulation or conception. Likely in 2-3 weeks you should be able to see a heart beat on ultrasound. Hope that helps!
