I just recently started hearing a crackling rice crispy sound when i turn or stretch my neck. painless but worries me. bad sleep posture or some else?

Sign of early DDD: If it's been coming on slowly & occasionally but now always it could b signs of early cervical disk disease especially if u can recall a childhood injury. But this is often the case with early cervical disease. If no pain an evaluation now would most likely b negative as there are usually none early on. If of great concern c a spinal surgeon 4 evaluation & imaging.
