Dont hold yer breath: Anything is possible and not all 18 year olds have finished growing but most have. 5' 11" is pretty tall and in fact an optimal height. You should take a long hard look at why you are not satisfied with your height because i'm willing to bet you that many who are 6' 4" would tell you that they wished they were 5' 11" when they were 18. Extremes of height are associated with unique problems.
