A member asked:

Rubbed my fingers across my brow to soothe a migraine and a very strong shock/tingling/pain happened. what could possibly cause this?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Cutaneous allodynia: When a migraine goes on for a while without effective treatment, you can develop "cutaneous allodynia," which is when your skin becomes sensitive to touch, combing, water, or other usually non-painful stimuli. I hope that helps!
