What kind of pillow should i purchase if i have re-occurring headaches when i wake up in the morning?

Whatever you like!: Awakening with headache may be related to your pillow, but there are other, more common causes- dehydration and caffeine withdrawal, TMJ dysfunction (grinding your teeth at night), and sleep apnea are but a few common causes. If you are suffering frequent headaches in the morning, you should be consider being evaluated by a headache specialist (typically a good neurologist).

Bruxing: Bruxing at night is often the cause of morning headache. See an oral and maxillofacial surgeon or tmd specialist.
