Coronary disease: This is severe coronary disease for a young man like you. Consider evaluation at the cleveland clinic or mayo clinic. Before getting to transplant, i assume they've discussed options for stenting and bypass. Given the complexity, i suggest those facilities to get the best care. Also, you should have genetic testing and advanced lipid analysis. Good luck!
