Yes!!!: Any exercise is fine prior to conception, even as you attempt (well, maybe not during act but you know what i mean). In fact, it's a great idea to get in & stay in shape prior to getting pregnant. Best idea is to check w/your family doc for preconception counseling & to start prenatal vitamins to minimize risk for neural tube defect. Go see reproendo if no baby after 12mo of active attempts.
